IPT Limited Lifetime Sink Warranty
This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the original installation only
Limited Sink Warranty
IPT Sink Company will replace without charge (excluding labor), any stainless steel sink supplied by IPT Sink Company that is proven to be defective, with an equivalent replacement, within the specified appropriate period from date of purchase, to the original purchaser, provided it has been used solely in a residential application, used and cleaned as recommended and not damaged due to abuse, misuse or negligence. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase (please save sales receipt).
This warrant will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (Some States do not allow such limitation, so this reference may no apply to you)
IPT Sink Company, reserves the right to inspect any sink reported to be defective prior to any replacement of the sink. All decisions are final. Replacement cost EXCLUDED transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation.
IPT Sink Company shall not be liable in case of:
* Improper installation/modification
* Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
* Improper care and maintenance
* Improper application (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
* Any modification made to the product after it left IPT Sink Company premises
* Commercial Application
This Warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and made only for the buyer. No other warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be deemed to exist in connection with any of the goods or services supplied hereunder, and any implied warranties for a period greater than the warranty period contained in IPT Sink Company?s Limited Warranty are hereby excluded. IPT Sink Company shall not be liable for an indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages in any way related to the goods or services supplied hereunder.
No employee, agent, or other person is authorized to give warranties on behalf of IPT Sink Company. In addition to or different from the herein given to assume for IPT Sink Company any other liability in connection with any of its products; except if in writing which is signed by an officer of Imperial Pacific Trading, LLC DBA IPT Sink Company, and expressly and intentionally gives such warranties or assumes such liability.
IPT Faucet Limited Warranty
IPT Sink Company warrants its faucets, to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home for two years only from the date of purchase . This warranty applies only to IPT Sink Company faucets installed in the United States of America.
IPT Sink Company also warrants all other aspects of the faucet or accessories ("Faucet") to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. If a defect is found in normal residential use, IPT Sink Company will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.*** Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to IPT Sink Company with all warranty claims. IPT Sink Company is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of IPT Sink Company exceed the purchase price of the Faucet.

IPT Sink Company will accept any and all damaged or defected products 7 business days after the product has been delivered. Please inspect the product within this timeline and call to report any damage or defect. Damaged or defected product will be replaced and/or refunded at no cost to you at the time the report is made. After 7 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any return or refund.
Return from Canada
$25 custom fee will be collected for any return from Canada.
For Copper sinks and Bathtubs: Due to the size and weight of the Copper sinks and Bathtubs, any return or refund request other than the product being damaged or manufacture defects will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
Custom designed copper sinks or bathtubs are NOT returnable or refundable unless it is a factory defect.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your products, just follow these simple steps:
Call our offices at 678-445 4638 during normal business hours and explain that you wish to make a return and the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
Or you can email to email@example.com, you will receive a Return Authorization Number via email.
Write the Return Authorization number down in large print on a piece of paper and place it in the top of the box with the product. You can also write it somewhere on the outside of the box.
Item must be returned in original condition, in the original packaging, undamaged, and never installed. Ship the box back to this address:

When the product arrives, it will be examined and we will issue the appropriate refund to your credit card.
It is important that you follow the steps above. To ensure that you get your refund, do not send the product back without a return authorization number! We will only accept returns that arrive at us with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by us prior to shipping. Upon satisfaction of these requirements, we will process payment for your refund within 5 days.
